Does Finish It! do Custom Finishing?
Absolutely! The Chief Finishing Officer has made a commitment to stay on top of techniques and color trends to ensure that there isn't much we can't match, duplicate or create. If you have a vison, share it with us and we will do our best to achieve exactly what you have in mind.
Do you have stain and paint samples available for me to review?
Yes, we can send you samples of our in-house stains and milk paints, you just pay for shipping and handling. Just call us at 1-608-226-8828.
Who do I call to answer my questions or place a phone order?
Call us anytime during our normal hours. Monday thru Friday 10am to 6pm, Saturday 10am to 5pm or Sunday 11am to 5pm. 1-608-226-8828.
Do you have delivery?
Local delivery services are available in the Madison area. We do provide a delivery service throughout the greater Dane County area. Please ask our staff for more information about delivery.
Minimum delivery charge: $50
Shipping for Online Product. Most RTA (ready to assemble) product is shippable and we will indicate type of shipment by each order. Smaller items are typically shipped Fed-Ex or UPS. Larger items are shipped with furniture carriers to ensure that each piece arrives safely to it's destination. We evaluate each order and will follow-up with you to ensure that you understand the way that you will be receiving your product.
Returns & Exchanges of In-store product
Most items purchased at Finish It! store are returnable for a refund so long as:
The item was in stock at the time of purchase.
You have your sales receipt.
The item is in the same condition as it was when it was purchased
No more than 10 days has elapsed from the date of purchase.
The following are non-refundable:
Special orders.
Custom finishing.
Modified pieces (such as adding locks, cutting shelves or drilling holes).
Delivery or setup charges.
Any custom service or modifying including custom staining and blending must be paid in full before service will be completed.
Returns & Exchanges of On-line purchases or Special Orders
Returns or exchanges of furniture are limited to transit damage or manufacturer defect. In the event of damage to your furniture that occurs in transit, or if you discover any defect in the furniture manufacturer, please contact us within 5 days 608-226-8828. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected. In certain circumstances, a usage or restocking fee may apply. Cancellations or changes on orders will incur a 30% restocking fee. Credit card orders will receive a credit; orders paid by check or cash will receive a refund check.
Is Tax collected on Online Orders
Finish It! collects a 5.5% sales tax in the state of Wisconsin.
Payment Methods
Finish It! accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Espress or Personal Checks. Full payment is required to ship an order.
